You can reduce heating and cooling needs by investing in insulation and weatherization products. Warm air leaking into your home in summer and out of your home in winter can waste a lot of energy. Insulation wraps your house in a nice warm blanket, but air can still leak in or out through small cracks. Often the effect of small leaks is the same as keeping a door wide open. One of the easiest money-saving measures you can do is caulk, seal, and weather-strip all the cracks to the outside. You can save 10 percent or more on your energy bill by stopping the air leaks in your home.

Across the country, commercial businesses are working to improve the energy efficiency of the Nation's buildings through new technologies and better building practices. Buildings using energy-efficiencies, sustainable materials and renewable energy improve the lives of Americans by saving consumer's money, lessening our demand for fossil fuels, decreasing the need for new power generation, and reducing environmental emissions.
Without a Plan, it's difficult to understand your best solution and return on investment options. We work with both small and large manufactures and commercial operations to provide you with a blueprint for determining the best solution. As much of our energy inefficiency comes from the commercial sector, which often pays lower utility rates versus residential, the range of grants and incentives are much greater. If you are looking for a starting point for your project, our Modern Energy Plan can provide a recommended solution and identify qualified installers to take your solution to completion. Not all solutions work in all areas and that's why we'd like you to provide some information before we discuss your Modern Energy Plan.
